Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by QWVPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the services, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If any provision is unacceptable, the relevant services should not be used. Users should also review the plan page, privacy policy, and service pages for feature-specific information; together with these terms, those materials form the rules for using the services.

Service Content and Scope

QWVPN provides network acceleration across 100+ countries and 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Route types, available regions, and specific access points may change due to maintenance, resource scheduling, or service updates. Within the available route range, users may choose routes based on their destination, location, and actual connection performance.

Monthly subscriptions include: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages include: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and do not expire. The effective service content is determined by the order selected and paid for by the user. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.

Account and Subscription Usage Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for connections, orders, and settings actions under their accounts. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented, and subscriptions or access credentials may not be distributed to others as goods. If credentials appear compromised, users should change their passwords promptly and stop unauthorized use.

The service has no device-count limit, and users may configure the subscription on devices they manage and use personally. This does not permit public sharing, bulk distribution, or account resale. If excessive abnormal connections, automated abuse, or use beyond a normal personal scope affects service operation, QWVPN may take necessary measures, including limiting connections, requesting account-status verification, or suspending relevant features.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the service access region. They may not use QWVPN for unlawful activity, infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights, or conduct network attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, malware distribution, interference with network facilities, or unauthorized system access.

When accessing third-party websites or services through international routes, users must also follow the applicable third party's rules. QWVPN provides network connectivity and traffic optimization only; it does not control third-party content, account policies, regional rules, or service decisions. A third party's access refusal, account restriction, or content change does not constitute a promise made by QWVPN regarding that third party.

Service Availability and Liability

Network connectivity may be affected by the user's local network, carrier links, destination service status, device settings, maintenance, and scheduling. QWVPN maintains and adjusts routes according to their condition, but does not guarantee that a specific route will perform identically at all times, locations, or under every network environment. During planned maintenance or emergency response, some routes, client access points, or account features may be temporarily unavailable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for taking backups and managing risks based on their circumstances when connection interruptions, data loss, or indirect losses result from device faults, incorrect configuration, third-party service changes, public network failures, or other factors beyond reasonable control. Where mandatory legal rules provide otherwise, those rules apply.

Suspension, Termination and Changes to These Terms

If an account involves subscription resale, public credential sharing, unlawful activity, interference with service operation, avoidance of normal billing procedures, or a serious breach of these terms, QWVPN may suspend features, restrict connections, or terminate the account according to the impact. Before or after taking action, the service provider may verify the matter using order records, connection anomalies, and the user's explanation, except where the law requires immediate action.

QWVPN may update these terms when service content, operating rules, or legal requirements change. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated content. If users do not agree to the revised terms, they should stop using the subscription services.

Refund Policy

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment, without giving a reason. Refund requests are verified against the relevant account's order and payment records, and the refund scope is limited to the first payment order. Requests submitted after this period will be handled under applicable law, published order rules, or arrangements separately confirmed by both parties.

Users may submit order-related requests through the user panel. To support verification, the request should include the relevant order information and a description of the issue. This refund policy does not affect any other statutory rights available under applicable law.
