Using the service means that the user has read this policy. QWVPN processes data only as needed to provide features, maintain security, process orders, and meet necessary obligations, without making unrelated information a registration requirement.

Data Collected and Purposes

No email address is required for registration. Users can create an account with a username and password, so the registration process does not request an email address. QWVPN processes account identifiers, secure password verification results, subscription status, traffic usage, and necessary device session information to verify logins, display subscriptions, calculate available traffic, protect account security, and deliver the service. Passwords are verified in a form that cannot be read directly, and users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

After an order is placed, the service retains order records such as the plan, amount, payment channel, order status, creation time, and refund result. This information is used to confirm payment, activate subscriptions, handle disputes, reconcile accounts, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. QWVPN also collects necessary technical information and aggregated statistics generated by website visits, such as pages viewed, browser type, referring page, and error information, to identify page failures, improve navigation, and assess content effectiveness.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

QWVPN does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, queries, or historical records that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service does not build profiles of browsing behavior or use network access content for targeted advertising.

To establish connections, assign routes, and calculate subscription traffic, the system may process necessary temporary operational data during a session. This data is used only to complete that connection, troubleshoot an active issue, or address a security anomaly. It is not retained as a long-term connection log; once the operational purpose ends, temporary data is deleted or separated from direct account association. Traffic totals in an account are used to enforce plan rules but do not include a list of visited websites.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to preserve login status, language selection, interface preferences, and secure session identifiers. This data keeps selected settings in place, reduces repeated logins, and allows the user panel to function properly. Such storage is not used to record the specific content of visits to international websites.

Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and some preferences will disappear, and users may need to log in again or select settings again. If the browser blocks necessary storage completely, account verification, order display, or subscription management may not work properly.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Boundaries

The service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment service provider. QWVPN receives the transaction status, order identifier, and amount result needed to complete an order, but does not store complete payment credentials collected directly by the provider. Information submitted on a payment page is also subject to the privacy rules of the relevant payment service provider.

QWVPN shares order-related information with payment service providers only when necessary to complete payment, process refunds, prevent order abuse, or meet applicable obligations. Third parties are responsible under their own policies for data processed within their systems. This policy applies only to the websites, user panel, and service systems that QWVPN controls.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account and subscription data is retained while an account is active so that login, subscription management, and service delivery can be provided. Order records are retained for the periods needed for transaction reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations. Aggregated visit statistics are designed to minimize association with specific accounts; data that is no longer needed is deleted, anonymized, or restricted from further processing.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through a support ticket. To prevent account misuse, QWVPN may first verify that the requester can control the relevant account. Once a deletion request is completed, account login and subscription management can no longer be provided. Order records that must be retained by law, or information needed for an ongoing dispute, will be deleted after the relevant obligation ends.

Policy Updates and User Choices

QWVPN may update this policy when service features, data practices, or applicable rules change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. If a change materially affects users’ data rights, the service will explain the main adjustments through a visible notice in the user panel.

Users should review this page regularly. If they disagree with an updated practice, they can stop using the relevant features and submit a data-processing or account-deletion request through a user panel ticket. Before continuing to use the service, users are encouraged to confirm that the latest policy meets their needs.
